List of drowned passengers on RMS Titanic, April 1912RMS Titanic sank in the early hours of 15 April 1912 after colliding with an iceberg in the Atlantic Ocean. Of the 2228 passengers and members of the crew aboard, only 705 survived.

Passengers' chances of survival largely depended on the class in which they were travelling. First-class passengers fared the best, with about 60% surviving. Only 25% of third-class travellers were rescued.
