Historyworld work placement

Historyworld.net is offering an expenses paid work-placement to someone with an interest in history and passion for social media and the internet. The successful candidate will work to a brief which they will help to elaborate with a focus on developing opportunities in social networking for Historyworld. Newly launched widgets and a drive to release some core content under a Creative Commons license means that the Historyworld business model is evolving. The successful applicant will influence the direction the business takes whilst gaining experience with a well-established and respected site with around 250,000 visitors a month.

This opportunity is expected to be of interest to students and recent graduates looking for experience with an opportunity to document the evolution of digital content and community. Work can be undertaken from any location but fluent English is important.
