(1886–1960) Influential author on floral decoration. From the late 1920s she had a flower shop in London, and she arranged the flowers for both the wedding and coronation of Elizabeth II. In 1945 she opened a Cordon Bleu cookery school with Rosemary Hume, her co-author in several cookery books.
