(British Museum) Hoard of Roman silver of the 4th century AD, discovered during ploughing near Mildenhall in Suffolk in the early 1940s. Its chief glory is the vast and purely pagan 'great dish', but some of the smaller items are of interest for being marked with symbols revealing that they were owned by *Christians.
