(stage name of Anina Jensen, 1878–1970, DBE 1950) Danish-born dancer who acquired great popularity at London's Empire Theatre in 1897–1907, particularly as Swanilda in Coppélia. She lived the rest of her life in England and contributed greatly to the development of ballet training in Britain.
